Role Overview :

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Team Lead to manage a group of tele sales executives handling Personal Loan / Business Loan products. The candidate should have prior experience in a call centre / tele sales environment, strong knowledge of tele calling metrics, and the ability to drive performance through motivation and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tele sales associates to achieve sales and productivity targets.
  • Monitor and track team performance on key sales metrics (connect rate, login hours, talk time, conversions, AHT, etc..
  • Work with dialler systems, CRM tools, and sales dashboards to optimise call flow and lead utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance guidelines, and customer experience standards.
  • Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and provide coaching / training as required.
  • Drive daily / weekly sales targets and ensure achievement of business objectives for the Mysuru Location.
  • Provide reports and insights to the Tele Sales Manager for business reviews.

Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tele sales / call centre in a team handling role .
  • Strong knowledge of tele-sales metrics, dialler operations, and CRM platforms .
  • Proven track record of achieving and driving sales targets in loan / financial product sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Mandatory : Proficiency in Kannada (regional language) .
  • Strong people management, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Willingness to work in a 6-day work environment (including Saturday & Sunday) .
