About the Role
We are looking for a Fresh Engineer who is keen to build a long-term career in software development .
If you enjoy coding as much as analysis / design, this role combines Engineering + C# programming .
You will work on developing and maintaining C# plugins / add-ins for various Civil & Structural Engineering software platforms, helping automate engineering workflows and improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance and maintain C#-based plugins / add-ins for civil / structural engineering software.Work with senior developers to understand requirements , design features and implement them.Debug, test and document existing tools;fix bugs and improve performance.
Collaborate with domain experts to translate civil engineering concepts into robust software logic.Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following agreed coding standards.Required Qualifications & Skills
B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering (or equivalent).Strong interest in software development as a career, not just as a side skill.Hands-on exposure to C# (academic projects, online courses, personal projects, or internships).Good understanding of basic programming concepts – OOP, classes / objects, loops, conditions, functions, etc.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Clear communication and willingness to learn new tools & technologies.Familiarity with .NET and Visual Studio .Good to Have
Engineering in Civil / Mechanical EngineeringExposure to Civil / Structural tools like AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000, Tekla , etc.Any prior experience in automation, macros, or plugin development.
