Campus Planning : Develop comprehensive master plans that incorporate data centre design, architecture and infrastructure, ensuring sustainability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.Having good understanding and authority over statutory norms and building codes.Coordinate with real estate team and various stakeholders and manage project timelines and budgets.Design Development : Collaborate with statutory architects, engineers, and landscape architects to develop design concepts, refine plans, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Stakeholder Engagement : Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and build consensus.Urban Design : Apply urban design principles to create vibrant and sustainable design, incorporating green spaces, vehicular movement systems and amenitiesRegulatory Compliance : Ensure master plans comply with local / state regulations, zoning ordinances and environmental standards.Sustainability : Incorporate sustainable design principles, energy-efficient systems, and green technologies to minimize environmental impactPreferred candidate profile
- Bachelors in architecture (BARCH) or Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- Should have 10 to 15 years of experience in master planning, urban design and architecture with a focus on large-scale Data centre projects .
- Preferred Proficiency in Autodesk, Revit, SketchUp.
- Execution focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Skill at managing multiple stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness
- Willingness to travel (as and when required)
