Role Description

This is a temporary remote role for a Web Developer. The Web Developer will be responsible for both front-end and back-end website development, including design, coding, and maintenance of custom coded Wordpress websites. Day-to-day tasks include developing user interfaces, building and maintaining functional web pages, ensuring responsive design, and troubleshooting issues. The role also involves collaborating with team members to create interactive, user-friendly experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming (e.g., Java, PHP)
• Experience working on Web Development projects involving WordPress, React, and other frameworks
• Knowledge of Web Design principles and creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces
• Problem-solving skills, adaptability to new technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Knowledge of SEO practices and ability to optimize websites for performance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Mathematics or related fields is a plus.
