MIS Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive to support backend operations and ensure seamless coordination and execution. The role involves collecting and entering data into databases, maintaining accurate and valuable company records, and supporting the data management framework.

The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, a keen attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and digital forms. You will collaborate closely with the data team and the data manager.

Position: MIS Executive

Location: Noida sector 63 (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input customer and account data—including text-based and numerical information from source documents—within specified time limits.
• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priority to prepare source data for computer entry.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct discrepancies where possible, and validate output.
• Research and obtain further information to complete incomplete documents.
• Apply data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient processing.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform routine backup operations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all information.
• Respond to information queries by retrieving and providing access to relevant files.
• Ensure compliance with all data integrity and security policies.

Mandatory Experience & Skills:

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in an MIS role, with extensive hands-on experience using Workfront or MS Forms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Practical experience with CRM and collaboration platforms such as Workfront, SharePoint, and JIRA, including reporting functions.
