Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Vadodara. The Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial reports. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing financial performance, providing insights to optimize resources, and coordinating with stakeholders. The role also involves implementing financial controls and monitoring costs to ensure operational and financial efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Proficiency in accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management
• Knowledge of financial compliance, regulatory standards, and internal control systems
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Strategic planning and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or professional certifications like CPA or CFA is a plus)
• Experience in the construction or civil engineering industry is an advantage
