Job Description

We are looking for a creative, skilled and detail-oriented Designer cum Video Editor to join our design and content team. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who have a passion for graphic design, video editing and professional shooting.

You will work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality designs, videos and visual content for social media, branding, marketing and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Create visually appealing graphics for social media, ads, websites, brochures, banners and branding materials.

Develop creative concepts and design layouts as per project requirements.

Maintain brand identity and consistency across all design deliverables.

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign creatives.

Video Editing

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos.

Add transitions, effects, music, subtitles, motion graphics and animations.

Create short-form and long-form videos for Reels, YouTube, ads, marketing and branding.

Perform color correction, grading and audio adjustments.

Export videos in multiple formats suitable for different platforms.

Professional Shoot

Handle professional photo and video shoots (product shoots, interviews, lifestyle shots, client videos, etc.).

Operate DSLR / Mirrorless cameras, lighting, gimbals and audio gear.

Capture high-quality visuals, product shots, B-rolls and creative angles.

Plan shoot concepts, shot lists, scenes and lighting setups.

Additional Responsibilities

Stay updated with design & video trends, social media trends and modern editing styles.

Manage multiple design / video projects and deliver within deadlines.

Work closely with the content, marketing and brand teams.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout and color theory.

Experience with professional camera equipment and basic lighting techniques.

Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Media Studies or related field (preferred).

0–2 years of experience in graphic design, video editing or professional shooting.

A portfolio showcasing design & video work is mandatory.
