LTI Mindtree is looking for highly experienced JDE Technical Consultants who possess strong technical depth, excellent debugging capabilities, and hands-on experience with JDE EnterpriseOne (E1) development and integrations. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in complex technical environments and can drive high-quality solutions across the JDE landscape.

• Key Responsibilities
• Work extensively on JDE Technical development , including NERs, C-BFNs, BSFNs, and standard program enhancements.
• Develop and support JDE Business Services (BSSV) and integrations with external systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and provide effective solutions.
• Perform unit testing, validation , and ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Participate in end-to-end JDE implementation lifecycle activities and validate technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to client’s internal JDE teams.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, structured methodologies, and system architecture best practices.
• Required Expertise
• Strong understanding of JDE system architecture and interoperability across components.
• Hands-on experience with structured development methodologies and system design.
• Proficiency in JDE development tools, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Ability to analyze, design, and enhance complex JDE Standard Programs.
• Good understanding of integrating JDE with third-party systems via Business Services.
• Experience with system management, operational support tools, and security is a plus.
