Role Overview :

We are seeking a Process Mining Consultant with expertise in process mining, process analysis, and data-driven optimization. The ideal candidate should have experience in diagnosing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and leveraging insights to drive operational excellence. Proficiency in process mining tools such as Celonis or SAP Signavio and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI is highly desirable. A strong foundation in process improvement methodologies, data visualization, and automation technologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process Mining & Analysis – Utilize Celonis or other process mining tools to evaluate, analyze, and optimize business processes.
• Task Mining Expertise – Apply task mining techniques to capture user interactions and identify automation opportunities.
• Data Integration & Transformation – Work with large datasets, extract insights, and integrate data from various enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). Perform data transformation and build scalable data models to support process mining.
• Data Analysis - Analyse business processes, design and validate dashboards, and derive actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Automation & RPA Collaboration – Work with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to design and implement automation solutions.
• Reporting & Visualization – Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to communicate process performance and continuous improvements.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with business users, process owners, and IT teams to translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Process Discovery & Case Identification – Ensure accurate process discovery with a focus on case ID configuration and event completeness.
• Continuous Improvement & Best Practices – Stay updated on process mining trends, AI-driven process discovery, and automation strategies.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing – Provide workshops and training sessions for internal teams to enhance process mining adoption and process improvement methodologies.
