Job Title : Zonal Collection Manager – Vehicle Finance

Location : Western India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP)

Base location : Pune, Mumbai or Ahmedabad

Vertical : Vehicle Finance (Cars, Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment, Tractor)

Role Summary : Responsible for driving collections across the vehicle finance portfolio for Western India. Ensure recovery targets are met, NPAs are minimized, and legal / repossession actions are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (0-30,30+, 60+, 90+).
  • Ensure legal actions (notices, repossession) are timely and compliant.
  • Monitor collection performance, roll rates, and recovery costs.
  • Lead MIS / reporting and suggest portfolio-level risk controls.
  • Ensure regulatory and process compliance across channels.

KPIs :

  • Collection efficiency vs target
  • Roll rate and vintage movement
  • Cost per unit recovery
  • Agency performance and audit scores
  • Legal case resolution TAT

    • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Graduate / MBA with 10–15 years in vehicle finance collections
  • Strong experience in field recoveries, repossession, and agency management
  • Willing to travel extensively within the zone
