About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Technical lead to join our SaaS product implementation team. This role involves working closely with clients, internal support / CI-CD teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to configure and deploy our Azure-based SaaS solutions. You will also contribute to building operational data structures and reports that support ongoing client success.

Key Responsibilities :

Work directly with clients to understand requirements and configure the SaaS product accordingly.
Have experience in team lead.
Collaborate with support and CI / CD teams to ensure seamless deployments and stable

operations.

Participate in cross-functional team discussions to align product setups with client expectations and business outcomes.

Implement and customize features using a technical understanding of Java, Python, SQL, and Azure services.

Develop Operational Data Stores (ODS) and custom reports to support client-specific use cases.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with support and development teams.

Ensure clear and timely client communication across all phases of the Skills and Experience :

3+ years of experience in a technical implementation or development role within a SaaS or cloud-based environment.

Strong hands-on experience with Azure, and working knowledge of Java, Python, and SQL.

Demonstrated ability to work across client-facing and internal delivery / support teams.

Experience in setting up / configuring SaaS products as per custom client requirements.

Background in building reports and operational data stores to support client operations.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in engaging with clients and senior Background :

A Bachelors degree, or equivalent, preferably in Software Engineering and Computer Science
