We are looking for dynamic Presales Associates who can identify qualified leads, engage parents effectively, and schedule trial classes with our academic counsellors. This role is the first step of the sales funnel — you’ll create meaningful first impressions that set the tone for successful enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with new sign-ups and inbound leads to understand their needs and interest in LingoAce’s learning programs.
- Qualify leads based on predefined parameters such as child’s grade, learning goals, and parent readiness.
- Schedule appointments or trial classes with Course Counsellors for further consultation.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the Sales CRM / Reporting Tool .
- Follow up with potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to maximize show-up rates for trial classes.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion tracking.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to enhance marketing and sales outcomes.
- Deliver an engaging and empathetic parent experience during every interaction.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Presales, Lead Qualification, Inside Sales, or Customer Engagement (preferably in EdTech or B2C).Outstanding English fluency and clarity of speech — ability to communicate naturally and confidently with North American parents.Strong verbal and written communication with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent suitable for global audiences.Empathetic, engaging, and confident on calls, with strong listening skills.Detail-oriented with excellent CRM handling and follow-up discipline.Comfortable working night shifts (9 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM IST) , six (6) days a week, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.Prior experience working with global or English-speaking customers is preferred.Previous experience in EdTech or telesales environments is an advantage.Why Join LingoAce
