Required Skills
Should have 7+ years of experience of handling support project in SAP as well Non-SAP Application.
Should be well versed in ITIL processes and execute the same as per the contract
Should be able to manage support with SLA / KPI compliance and would act as an escalation point Should be able to deliver projects within targeted revenue and margins with optimized team size Responsible for customer relationship and manage good CSAT Responsible for delivery excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. To administer ERP in production environment
2. To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users.
3. To manage database optimization, back-up and recovery
4. To perform troubleshooting at the ERP and database level
5. To train and transfer knowledge to the team members
