Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis :

Account Management :

Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, general ledger accounts, and fixed asset schedules.

Compliance :

Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal policies, and support internal and external audits.

Budgeting & Forecasting :

Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor budget vs. actual performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Internal Controls :

Develop, document, and implement business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Process Improvement :

Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements to accounting systems and procedures, and develop documentation for new policies.

Staff Supervision :

Oversee and mentor junior accounting staff, plan their work, and review their tasks.

Audits & Taxes :
