Conneqt Digital is seeking an experienced AVP / SDL to lead our finance and operations team, ensuring seamless processes in SAP OTC / PTP / S4HANA modules. Roles and Responsibilities

Order-to-Cash (OTC)

Hands-on expertise in SAP OTC, Sale Order, and Billing modules.
Manage cash applications, GST, TDS, and customer account reconciliations.
Lead inter-company and intra-division reconciliations, debtor aging, and AR GL reconciliations.
Follow up on unapplied / unidentified payments and perform discount analyses.

Procure-to-Pay (PTP)

Oversee invoice processing, domestic / foreign payments, and bank reconciliations.

Manage import / export documentation and travel expense compliance.

Ensure GST / TDS compliance and vendor account reconciliations.

Prepare AP schedules, key metrics, and facilitate audit support.

Record-to-Report (RTR)

Handle journal entries, fixed assets, and inventory management.

Oversee end-to-end audits, bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

Taxation

Indirect Tax : GSTR reconciliation (1A, 2A, 2B, 3B, 6, 7, & 9).

Direct Tax : TDS reconciliation and 26AS alignment.

Leadership & Management

Manage a team of 125-150 members, with 8+ years of supervisory experience.

Drive stakeholder management, SLA adherence, and continuous process improvements.

Prepare key metrics and leverage automation tools for process optimization.

Ensure smooth collaboration between teams and effective people management.

Qualifications

Educational : ICWA / CA required.

Technical :

Strong hands-on experience with SAP OTC / PTP / S4HANA modules.

Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and presentation skills.

Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and financial reconciliations.

Experience in audit management, including statutory, tax, and internal audits.
