Purpose of Function :
To drive Service Excellence in alignment with organizational guidelines, Quality Management System (QMS) processes, and assigned responsibilities (geographically, by device / product line, or task). The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction , revenue growth , and effective service contract execution with regional Services, Service sales and Sales Team.
Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership :
- Lead and motivate individuals within the service team to achieve both service and organizational goals.
- Service Execution :
- Ensure all service activities—including preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, corrective actions, and TSB implementations—are performed in compliance with QMS processes.
- Operational Monitoring :
- Oversee daily updates of service work in CRM systems and ensure proper documentation, including service reports, BIO, AR, and installation records.
- Service Sales & Cross-Functional Coordination :
- Promote service offerings and collaborate with other business functions to support organizational interests.
- Administrative Oversight :
- Manage administrative tasks, including follow-ups on accounts receivables within the assigned region.
- Product Quality Feedback :
- Provide field-based feedback on product performance and quality to the service management team and Quality Management.
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty and address escalation on time.
Required Qualifications
Preferably a Diploma / degree in electrical / Electronics / biomedical engineering.Eligibility
