We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Oracle BI Technical Senior Consultant to lead and manage our Oracle BI practice.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for both strategic and hands-on delivery of Oracle BI solutions, including report / dashboard development, architecture design, client engagement, and internal team coordination.

This role is perfect for a professional who combines strong technical depth in Oracle BI (OBIEE, OTBI, BI Publisher, OAC, and Fusion Analytics) with the leadership capabilities to scale a BI practice, mentor junior resources, and represent the practice in internal and external forums.

Key Responsibilities Management & Leadership :

• Lead and grow the Oracle BI practice, including team mentoring, capability development, and solution accelerators.
• Define and enforce best practices, design standards, and delivery methodologies across Oracle BI projects.
• Work closely with sales and presales teams to support RFPs, client presentations, and solution Delivery :
• Design and develop complex BI solutions using Oracle BI tools : OTBI, BI Publisher, OBIEE, OAC, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
• Lead the design of BI architecture for new implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Analyze client reporting needs, translate functional requirements into technical specifications, and ensure scalable delivery.
• Manage metadata modeling, data source integration, ETL / ELT processes, and performance & Stakeholder Management :
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for BI-related engagements with clients.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution Skills and Qualifications :
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle BI technologies including OTBI, BI Publisher, OBIEE, OAC, and / or Fusion Analytics.
• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud ERP / HCM / SCM reporting layers and data models.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex BI architectures and report solutions.
• Hands-on experience in metadata modeling (RPD), subject areas, KPIs, dashboards, and pixel-perfect reporting.
• Sound understanding of Oracle data structures and SQL / PLSQL.
• Experience working with FBDI, HDL data layers, and cross-module reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-impact BI projects.
• Experience with data visualization best practices and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
