Generative AI Engineer

About the role :

We are looking for an AI / ML Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to help build and scale intelligent automation tools for enterprise use-cases. You will work on end-to-end development of AI systems — from experimentation to production deployment — and contribute to core engineering decisions as part of a small, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities :

• Build and optimize LLM-powered features, agents, and APIs.
• Develop robust data processing and extraction pipelines for unstructured documents.
• Work with embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Contribute to backend and infrastructure components of ML systems.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to iterate rapidly on product features.
• Own prototypes from idea → PoC → production.
