As a Specialty Product Analyst within the Trade & Working Capital Operations team, you will support and manage the day-to-day operations for Trade Finance Products. You will handle transactions within the agreed SLA, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, and promote efficiency by implementing best practices. You will also engage in new deals, attend project management calls, and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities -
- Support and manage the day-to-day operations for Trade Finance Products.
- Handle and turn around transactions within the agreed SLA.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the process as changes occur.
- Drive efficiency by implementing best practices and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes.
- Engage actively in new deals, attend project management calls, and drive smooth migration.
- Ensure effective adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements in daily operations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
Hold a graduate degree with at least 5 years’ experience in Trade Finance OperationsDemonstrate thorough knowledge of ICC Rules (UCP 600, ISBP, ISP, URR, URC)Exhibit strong understanding of Anti-Boycott and OFAC RegulationsDisplay proficiency in handling payment messages (MT103, MT202, MT101)Reconcile different accounts with accuracy and attention to detailManage trade payment entries across various platformsMaintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn and contributePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
Attain certification as a Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS)Apply advanced knowledge of trade finance products and servicesUtilize experience with SAP and other financial systemsDemonstrate ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersAdapt quickly to changing business needs and prioritiesLead or participate in process improvement initiatives
