Senior Manager, IT Operations

Job Summary :

The Senior Director of IT Operations is a passionate and detailed customer-centric leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT environment, ensuring operational and executional excellence through efficient and effective delivery of IT operational services. This role involves strategic planning, managing IT infrastructure, and leading teams of professionals to maintain high standards of IT performance, security, and reliability.

• Experience : Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership / director role.
• Skills : Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, telecom / CCaaS management, and cybersecurity.
• Certifications : Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
