Sales head (Mediclaim & Motor Insurance)

Lead and manage the PAN India CRO team for cross-selling Motor and Mediclaim insurance.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales penetration among jewellery retailers, textile traders, and manufacturing units.

Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients.

Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets through effective monitoring, coaching, and performance evaluation of CROs.

Coordinate with operations and claims teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Train and motivate the team on product knowledge, objection handling , and customer engagement.
