Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Supervisor, located in the Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Assistant Supervisor will oversee daily operations at project sites, assist in supervising teams, ensure adherence to project schedules, and monitor the implementation of safety protocols. The role also involves coordinating with team leads, tracking work progress, and troubleshooting on-site challenges as they arise.

Qualifications

• Project coordination, team management, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in construction site safety protocols and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings is an advantage
• Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and basic quality control procedures
• Experience in a construction-related field is beneficial
• Degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred
