We are seeking a CRM and Logistics Head to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure timely and smooth delivery of products to customers

Manage customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels

Lead customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and oversee CRM platform usage

Oversee all logistics operations including inventory, warehousing, and transportation

Collaborate with vendors and logistics partners to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost

Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance and operational excellence

Supervise and mentor CRM and logistics teams for peak performance

Qualifications :

Proven experience in CRM and logistics management in e-commerce

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities

Working Day s : Monday to Saturday
