Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or configuration experience in Oracle HCM [Time & Absence OR Payroll OR Recruiting OR Security OR Data Conversion].Certified or can be certified within the Oracle module domain.Specific knowledge in payroll, including but not limited to payroll elements, processes, and plans.Advanced in Visual Builder Studio, HSDL, HDL, and SQL capabilities.Proven experience with the development lifecycle and product model.Hands-on experience configuring and building solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud, demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities, configurability, and extensibility to meet complex requirements.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.Expertise in identifying system dependencies and strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting multi-platform technical issues.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Skilled at managing conflicting demands and performing well in complex situations.Skills Required
