About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled AI eLearning Solutions Business Analyst and UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in generative AI and multimedia technologies, with hands-on experience in eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS), including mobile app platforms. This dual-role position demands expertise in business requirements analysis, client project coordination, and advanced UI design using tools like Figma alongside AI-powered UI design applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements for AI-driven eLearning solutions.
• Coordinate client projects effectively, ensuring timely communication and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, content creators, and stakeholders to shape innovative eLearning experiences.
• Design user-centric UI mocks, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma and AI-enhanced design tools.
• Utilize generative AI tools and multimedia assets to create engaging and interactive eLearning content.
• Assist in LMS configuration and integration for both desktop and mobile eLearning platforms.
• Continuously improve UI / UX based on client feedback, usability testing, and emerging design trends.
