Job description
  • Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and onboarding candidates for diverse technical and niche roles.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Delivery Leads, and Project Stakeholders to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and team dynamics.
  • Source top talent through multiple channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, internal databases, networking groups, and social hiring platforms.
  • Conduct detailed technical and behavioral screening calls to assess candidates’ experience, communication, technical capabilities, and project relevance.
  • Draft, refine, and publish job descriptions (JDs) across various hiring platforms to attract the right talent pool.
  • Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, project exposure, domain knowledge, and client specifications .
  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling , drive follow-ups, and ensure seamless communication between candidates and technical panels.
  • Handle salary discussions, offer negotiation, offer rollout, and joining confirmation to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain and update ATS systems with accurate candidate information, interview feedback, hiring progress, and recruitment insights.
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for niche skills, high-demand technologies, and urgent requirements.
  • Perform market and competitor analysis to stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry talent availability.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives , including creative job postings, hiring campaigns, and recruitment marketing content.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and documentation standards .
  • Manage bulk hiring, contract staffing, permanent staffing, and C2H hiring based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support background checks, onboarding formalities, and employee joining processes .
  • Generate and share weekly hiring dashboards, recruitment metrics, and progress reports with leadership and management.
