The Hiring Agency will provide the Visa, Accommodation, Allowance for Transportation and Food.
The Min Period Of Contract will be 6 Months - with Extension for every 6 Months depending on the Roles.

CRM Developer

The bank is using CRMNext (BusinessNext) application for various customer related processes

including customer onboarding & account services. The resource required for CRMNext must have

prior experience in implementing CRMNext solution for banks in the region. The required skillset for

the resource is :

Should have 3-5 years’ experience in CRMNext platform with good understanding of

features in Gold version

Prior experience of implementing CRMNext and be part of core implementation and

development team

Should be proficient in Gold version of CRMNext with hands-on experience on Functional

and Technical solution development

Experience in designing simple and complex workflows in CRMNext application

Desirable to have experience in designing technical workflows in CRMNext applications

Experience in configuring the layout, development of customer and designed reports,

Business rules, all type of translators and custom pages

Good knowledge on the leads, service and other object Toolbox

Experience in designing and developing target planning solution

Expert in developing complex queries and procedures in SQL DB and front end

development skills using HTML / CSS

Must be proficient in resolving technical issues with servers, authentication, IIS and

system performance

Experience in designing card view and mashup anywhere in CRMNext solution

Experience in designing Trinity Cross Sell Modeler with integration, Whitespace and

machine learning features

Strong understanding of SOAP and REST based API integration methodologies and

hands on experience

Proficient in Business processes analysis, requirement analysis, requirement gathering,

and technical Architect skill

Good in identifying risk and improve the system design and relevant feature set and share

the mitigation plan against them
