Fraud Analytics Professional - SAS / SQL / Python

Description : About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced fraud analytics professional to join our Fraud Strategy & Model Development team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement advanced analytical models and fraud strategies to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraudulent activities across our products and channels.

This role requires strong technical skills, hands-on experience with data, and a deep understanding of fraud patterns, behaviors, and risk management principles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and optimize fraud detection models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Design and maintain fraud strategies, decision rules, and scoring frameworks to minimize losses while enhancing customer experience.
• Leverage SAS, SQL, and Python to extract, analyze, and model large volumes of transactional and behavioral data.
• Work within GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and BigQuery environments to process and analyze large datasets efficiently.
• Identify new fraud trends, assess vulnerabilities, and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and fraud operations teams to deploy and monitor models in production.
• Perform model performance tracking, validation, and back-testing to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare clear documentation and communicate insights to senior management and stakeholders.
