What's the role?
In this role as a Lead Data Scientist , you will be contributing to the research of new algorithms and analysis of customer data. You will be responsible for performing statistical analyses on large datasets. You will use your software engineering skills to further develop our data analytics tools.
Your role encompasses the following key responsibilities :
- Research new anonymization algorithms including defining and verifying key metrics
- Apply machine learning techniques to extract insights and build predictive models
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively
- Demonstrate your findings on a regular basis to the team
- Generate ideas for new patents and participate in patenting process
- Participate in code reviews, providing objective feedback and improving overall software quality
- Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and other Agile ceremonies with the team
Who are you?
You are a passionate engineer and are willing to quickly learn new have a unique blend of data analysis expertise and programming proficiency, with a focus on data protection and machine learning. Furthermore you have :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent fieldSeven to ten years of overall work experience including 5+ years of experience in data analysis and software developmentStrong proficiency in Python programming (including pandas)Expertise in machine learning algorithms and their applicationsSolid understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniquesExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsBeing able to work autonomouslyWillingness to ensure the quality of your own codeUpper-intermediate level of written and spoken English, ability to articulate and communicate clearly complex topics.What we offer :
