We’re looking for a future-ready Engineering Manager to lead our product development journey.

If you’re a Ruby on Rails expert who’s equally excited about modern tech stacks, cloud-native architecture, and AI-driven innovation, this role is for you.

You’ll mentor engineers, guide design and architecture decisions, and build scalable solutions across web, mobile, and cloud — shaping the next generation of EdTech technology.

Experience : 7+ years in software development | 3+ years in engineering leadership

Tech Stack : Ruby (v3+), Rails (v7+), PostgreSQL, AWS, Python

✨ Bonus : Angular / React, CI / CD, testing frameworks
