JOB ROLE :
Looking for Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional who can specialize in selling high-end residential properties to affluent clients. This role involves a combination of marketing, sales, client management, and industry expertise to maximize sales and provide exceptional service to HNI's & Ultra HNI's seeking Luxury properties.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
Lead the
Luxury
business in
Hyderabad
for
NKlusive.
Responsible for P&L of mandated residential projects.
Develop and execute the sales strategy for
mandated residential projects
to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build
and
maintain
strong, long-term relationships with
developers & investors.
Lead
and manage the
Luxury residential sales team , providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure optimal performance and achievement of goals.
Position Projects
according to identified TG, help in creating effective Marketing strategies, collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns, promotions, and events to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
Planning & implementation
of Pre-launch & Launch strategy of Residential Projects.
Provide Personalized Service & Cater to the Unique needs & Preferences Of Luxury Clientele.
Implement
Work SOP’s
adhering to
Process Compliance
on
CRM
Post Sales Software.
Build and maintain
strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns, promotions, and events to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
Work closely with the project development team to understand project specifications and communicate effectively with customers.
Property Marketing and Promotion :
Develop and execute marketing strategies to showcase Luxury Residential Properties.
List Projects on relevant online platforms and in exclusive Luxury real estate publications.
Co-ordinate all marketing activities to generate Leads in the HNI category.
Market Penetration Industry wise.
Market Research and Expertise :
Stay informed about local and global Luxury real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.
Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis and advice to make informed decisions.
Keep up to date with relevant laws, taxations & regulations pertaining to Luxury real estate transactions.
Negotiation and Sales :
Execute Complete Sales Cycle of a Luxury real estate transaction.
Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Facilitate property inspections and appraisals, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Close transactions smoothly and efficiently while ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
Administrative Duties :
Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions
Handle paperwork, contracts, and documentation with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with real estate attorneys, escrow officers & others, to ensure a seamless closing process.
Institutional Duties :
Attend Monthly Sales Reviews and Weekly reporting.
Display & Maintain highest level of institutional behavior adhering to organizational Protocols & Discipline.
Uphold the highest ethical standards & maintain strict confidentiality.
Desired Candidate : Work Experience
: Minimum 10 Years of team management. Prior Experience in
Leading & scaling business
or working in
HNI & UHNI domain
will be an advantage.
Preferred Industry Experience
: Hospitality Sales, Wealth Management, Luxury Automobile, Edtech, Real Estate Ancillary, Real Estate from Channel Partner firm.
Communication
: Fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali.

Education
: Minimum Graduate in any Discipline, MBA would be preferred.

Salary & Compensation :
Upto Rs 20 Lacs per annum + ( PF, Medical Benefits, Travel Allowances )
