Lead System Architect (Pega)

Introduction

Our client - a leading global consulting organization is seeking experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to join its growing India technology practice. The role will be responsible for driving enterprise-grade Pega solution architecture, leading delivery teams, and ensuring high-quality implementation across large-scale transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture of enterprise Pega applications, including case design, data modeling, and system integrations.
• Oversee solution design to meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards.
• Guide development teams across full SDLC, requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Mentor and lead developers, testers, and technical team members.
• Drive adoption of Pega Constellation and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and solution optimization.
• Manage ruleset governance, branching strategy, and environment promotion processes.
• Coordinate with global and offshore teams as well as external technology partners.
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to client teams.
