Job Description

• Working knowledge of Insurance Domain MS office working knowledge Confident personality to interact directly with the customers.
• Will need to write scenario based emails / letters to customers in response to the queries / requests received from Customers Identifying when it is not possible to process a request, and follow the appropriate hand-off procedures internally and to UK support teams.
• Ensuring that Compliance standards are met, regarding Data Protection Focus on customer service and aim for zero complaints Must possess strong English comprehension skills to effectively engage in client-led training sessions and understand process documentation.
• A minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute is required to ensure timely and efficient responses during live chat interactions. Clear, confident, and spontaneous communication both written and spoken is essential to manage real-time customer queries and deliver high-quality support.
• Basic computer literacy is expected, including the ability to navigate chat systems, troubleshoot simple issues, and use support tools effectively.
• Desired Skill Sets (Good to have) Experience in creating process maps and departmental procedure manuals New transition experience Experience in doing quality audits and provide constructive feedbacks
