Export Sales Manager – International Business (Mid-Level)

About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Export Sales professional to drive multi-country sales for our steel wire products, OPGW, and OFC cables. The role involves market development, client management, and end-to-end export operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop new international markets and build relationships with global distributors, EPC contractors, and utilities.
- Achieve region-wise export sales targets; manage leads, pricing, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and commercial teams for smooth order execution.
- Handle export documentation (PI, LC, COO, BL, AWB, etc.) and ensure compliance.
- Manage overseas client communication, virtual meetings, and business reviews.
- Track competition, pricing trends, and prepare monthly sales / MIS reports.
- Support international exhibitions, travel planning, and customer visits.
Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or International Business (preferred).10–15 years’ experience in Export Sales (Steel / Engineering / Telecom Cable / Industrial products ideal).Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, export documentation, freight, and LC procedures.Excellent communication, negotiation, and global client-handling skills.Proficient in MS Excel, CRM, and managing multi-country time zones.
