Purpose of role

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analytics Specialist to join our Infrastructure and Cloud Operations team. This is primarily a dashboard development, maintenance and stakeholder two-way communication role, with focus on adhering to SLA´s that drive operational excellence.

You will build dashboards (Power BI or Python), gather requirements from stakeholders, present insights to leadership, work with the teams to get issues fixed with urgence and support ITIL-based service management processes

Roles & Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development & Reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or code-based tools (Python ,PHP)
• Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate dashboard development and data analysis
• Create executive KPI reports and operational summaries (daily / weekly / monthly)
• Ensure data accuracy and optimize dashboard performance
