Roles & Responsibilities :
- Maintain detailed project-wise cost records and ensure timely posting of cost adjustment entries in SAP / ERP systems.
- Monitor project budgets in collaboration with the planning and project execution teams.
- Track actual costs versus budgets and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
- Review and validate all cost components, including material, labour, subcontractor charges, and overheads.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic cost reports for management review.
- Coordinate with procurement and execution teams to verify cost commitments and accruals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and report deviations from planned budgets.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and standard costing practices.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing cost-related documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance team for project profitability analysis and MIS reporting.
