Short Description for Candidates

To lead the implementation of Aptos One, a unified commerce platform designed for modern retail. The consultant will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful deployment of Aptos One modules including CRM, Order Management, POS, and Merchandising. This role requires strong retail domain knowledge, process expertise, and hands-on experience with Aptos solutions.

• Description for Internal Candidates

Responsibilities : -

Requirement Gathering & Analysis - Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture functional requirements for Aptos One implementation. Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.

System Configuration & Implementation - Configure Aptos One modules (CRM, Order Management, POS, Merchandising, Loyalty), Support integration with ERP, e-commerce, and third-party applications.

Process Optimization - Analyze existing retail workflows and recommend improvements using Aptos One capabilities. Ensure solutions enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Documentation - Deliver end-user training and create documentation for Aptos One modules. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a liaison between business teams and technical developers. Ensure timely communication and project delivery across multiple teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Aptos One platform and its modules (CRM, POS, Order Management, Merchandising, Loyalty).

Experience in retail CRM / ERP implementations and omnichannel commerce.

Ability to design functional workflows and translate them into system configurations.

Familiarity with integration processes between Aptos One and external systems.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
