We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Tech Architect with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure software architecture.

You will be a key technical leader, guiding the development team in building high-quality solutions using Python, Flask, ReactJS, and MongoDB.

This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills to drive our technology initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop high-level software architecture, ensuring the system is scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Lead the technical strategy and roadmap, making critical decisions on technology stack and best practices.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and architectural oversight.
• Develop and implement back-end services using Python and the Flask framework.
• Lead front-end development efforts using ReactJS, ensuring a responsive and intuitive user experience.
• Architect and manage database solutions using MongoDB, optimizing for performance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains current and competitive.
