Who We’re Looking For :
We are seeking passionate CX Transformation Experts with hands-on experience in omnichannel strategy, AI-enabled contact centre solutions, and customer experience innovation. You will work closely with Aparna Kumar and senior client stakeholders to design next-generation CX frameworks that combine technology, analytics, and behavioural insight.
The role will involve designing customer journeys, deploying automation platforms , and enabling measurable CX improvements (NPS, CSAT, cost-to-serve) through AI and analytics-driven interventions.
