Who We’re Looking For :

We are seeking passionate CX Transformation Experts with hands-on experience in omnichannel strategy, AI-enabled contact centre solutions, and customer experience innovation. You will work closely with Aparna Kumar and senior client stakeholders to design next-generation CX frameworks that combine technology, analytics, and behavioural insight.

The role will involve designing customer journeys, deploying automation platforms , and enabling measurable CX improvements (NPS, CSAT, cost-to-serve) through AI and analytics-driven interventions.

Engagement Model :

  • Retainership or Contractual basis
  • Duration : 12 to 36 months per engagement (extendable based on client programs and continuity)
  • Hybrid model – remote consulting with client-site collaboration where needed
  • Nexora provides comprehensive sales, pre-sales, and delivery management support through its dedicated business development and project coordination teams

  • Earning Potential :

    CX Transformation Experts typically earn ₹20–28 lakhs annually , depending on project complexity and client size. With Nexora’s robust enterprise pipeline, partners can expect 3–6 active engagements per year focused on AI-enabled CX modernisation, omnichannel optimisation, and intelligent service delivery.

    Ideal Profile :

  • 8–15 years of experience in CX transformation, digital channels, or customer analytics
  • Strong understanding of CRM, omnichannel, and contact centre platforms (Salesforce, Genesys, NICE, Zendesk, or CRMNext)
  • Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled CX solutions (chatbots, voice assistants, RPA, predictive analytics)
  • Proven ability to optimise KPIs such as NPS, AHT, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Excellent client communication and experience design skills
  • Passionate about shaping customer experience as a differentiator in digital enterprises
