Senior Research Consultant - Healthcare Domain(

We are looking for a Research Manager / Senior Research Consultant (Healthcare Domain) who can lead projects, prepare proposals, communicate effectively with clients, and deliver impactful custom healthcare research and insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and execute custom research projects within the healthcare and life sciences domain.

Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations.

Prepare client proposals and presentations for new project requirements.

Manage and guide a team of researchers, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.

Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations.

Ensure research accuracy through proficiency in Excel and data validation tools.

Requirements :

4–5 years of experience in healthcare market research or consulting.

Strong understanding of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, and diagnostics.

Hands-on experience with primary research (interviews, surveys, expert calls, etc.) Proven ability to create client proposals and present insights effectively.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
