Position : Assistant Manager – Procurement Location : Ahmedabad

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Procurement with strong exposure to IT Infrastructure and System Integration industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end procurement operations, vendor management, price negotiations, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the entire procurement cycle — from requisition to delivery — for IT infrastructure and related equipment.

Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for IT hardware, networking, and software solutions.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.

Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery and service compliance.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Projects, IT, Finance, etc.) for procurement planning and approvals.

Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements.

Prepare and maintain procurement MIS reports and documentation.

Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and audit requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Graduate / Post Graduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.

6–8 years of experience in procurement from IT Infrastructure / System Integrator industry is mandatory.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate joiner preferred.
