Job Description (in Brief) :

We are hiring PHP Developers with  0 to 6 months of experience  who are proficient in  PHP, WordPress, Laravel, and CodeIgniter  to develop websites and web applications. The ideal candidate will participate in the complete software development lifecycle—from requirements analysis to testing—and must be comfortable working in a team or independently.

Technical Key Skills :

  • Strong expertise in MVC, PHP Frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter)
  • Proficiency in jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap
  • Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SQL Server, WordPress, MySQL
  • Hands-on experience with Core PHP, APIs, AJAX
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Click, Bug Herd
  • Proficient with Git and RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of Linux, LAMP / WAMP, and server management
  • Experience with database optimization and query performance
  • Preferred : Exposure to open-source platforms like WordPress and Shopify

Desired Competencies :

  • Strong understanding of OOPS concepts
  • Ability to design and maintain scalable applications
  • Experience in database design, normalization, and RDBMS
  • Good communication (written & spoken) and logical reasoning skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    • Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain web-based applications using open-source tools
  • Manage Laravel app servers for performance and uptime
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services
  • Participate in QA processes including code reviews and testing
  • Debug server and performance issues
  • Handle project lifecycles independently—from design to delivery
  • Maintain technical documentation and support tools
  • Design scalable applications and database structures
  • Ensure on-time project delivery and updates
  • Suggest improvements for development tools and practices
  • Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems
