Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled

Full-Stack Developer

with strong Android + Backend (Spring Boot) experience to build and maintain CheqUPI’s mobile and backend systems. You’ll help shape seamless, secure, and scalable fintech products used by global travellers.

Key Responsibilities

Build & maintain Android apps (Kotlin / Java) with top-notch UI / UX.

Design scalable REST APIs & microservices using

Spring Boot .

Integrate authentication, payments, and transaction flows.

Work with

PostgreSQL / MySQL , ensure API security (JWT, encryption).

Optimize performance, conduct testing (unit / integration / load).

Collaborate cross-functionally and own features end-to-end.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong Android (Kotlin / Java) + Spring Boot expertise.

Good understanding of REST API design & database schema.

Familiarity with

Git, Firebase, Docker, CI / CD pipelines .

Bonus : Experience in

fintech / payments / remittance ,

AWS / GCP , or

Flutter / React Native .

Preferred : Candidates from

Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges .
