About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic

International Sales Manager

to lead our global sales operations. The ideal candidate will drive revenue across

AI, Cloud, GPU, Video Bots, AI Line Services, Call Center Solutions, and CRM offerings

in international markets.

You will

lead and mentor a team of International Sales Executives

while expanding our global customer base through effective sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of

International Sales Executives

to achieve revenue and performance targets.

Drive

end-to-end international sales cycles

– lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.

Develop and implement

sales strategies

for markets in

North America, Europe, Middle East, and APAC.

Build long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.

Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams for customized client solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in

AI, Cloud, and Communication Technologies.

Create and monitor

team KPIs

, performance reports, and ensure CRM hygiene.

Participate in international trade shows, virtual events, and business meetings.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s or

Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

7–12 years

of proven experience in

International B2B Sales / IT / SaaS / Cloud

industry.

Strong exposure to

AI, Cloud, GPU infrastructure, CRM, or Call Center technologies.

Excellent leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and client presentation abilities.

Ability to manage global accounts across different time zones and cultures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
