Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Non - EB Policy Servicing Specialist to ensure seamless support for our clients. This role involves managing policy onboarding, endorsements, client training, and claim-related tasks while fostering strong client relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding : Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and setup requirements are met.
• Policy Endorsements : Handle policy modifications, endorsements, and updates as requested by clients.
• Query resolutions : Assist clients in resolving queries and liaising with internal teams to close the queries within stipulated timeframe.
• Improve product knowledge : To be able to do correct endorsements improve the product knowledge in Property, Fire, Marine, Liability insurance
• Follow-Up : Track pending client requests and follow up promptly to resolve issues or complete processes.
