Role Description : Marketing & Communications Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communications Executive

to join our team on a

full-time, on-site

basis at

Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road .

The role involves managing all aspects of marketing communications, including

public relations, press releases, social media strategy, and brand messaging . The ideal candidate will play a key role in

enhancing the hotel’s brand visibility , crafting engaging content, and building strong relationships with media and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute marketing communication strategies aligned with brand standards
• Develop, write, and distribute press releases and other PR materials
• Manage and grow the hotel’s social media presence across all major platforms
• Coordinate photo shoots, media visits, and brand campaigns

Create compelling content for online and offline channels

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in

Marketing, Communications, Public Relations , or a related field

Proven experience in

marketing communications and PR , preferably in the

hospitality industry

Strong understanding of social media marketing

and digital trends

Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong multitasking and coordination abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
