Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role located in Delhi, India. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing financial plans, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and producing detailed financial reports. The role entails providing insights into financial performance, advising on cost management, and supporting long-term financial strategy. The ideal candidate will work closely with management to ensure financial goals and organizational objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and knowledge of Finance principles
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and interpret data effectively
• Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Experience in Financial Reporting and developing detailed reports
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Experience in technology-driven industries or AI/Tech-related domains is a plus
