Customer Success Executive - Inside Sales

Location : Noida

Timings : Monday to Saturday | 10 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Role Overview :

We're seeking a Sales and Customer Growth Executive who is energetic, driven, and confident in building human connections. As a consultative sales professional, you'll guide professionals in taking control of their financial future through our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales and Relationship Management :
  • Drive sales as an individual contributor
  • Establish and manage relationships with clients
  • Build strong partnerships with clients to ensure operational cohesion and future growth
  • Client Engagement :
  • Engage with inbound leads via webinar, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Lead Generation
  • Guide prospects through our investing system, pricing plans, and onboarding process
  • Follow up on dormant leads and re-engage cold prospects with empathy and insight
  • Required Skills :
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales in the finance industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides

What We Offer :
