Role & responsibilities
- Manage POs, SOWs, Invoices and other related documents for IT division
- Classify OPEX and CAPEX IT investments
- Reconcile IT Finance records (actual invoices vs. GL)
- Assist in budget management of CE IT function
- Maintain records of IT Users of various platforms
- Provide MIS w.r.t utilization of internal and external resources
- Provide other MIS reports as per managements requirements for decision making
- Facilitate vendor level discussions for accurate mapping of invoices, POs, AFIs and other documentary requirements
- Ensure business users are billed for services provided to them according to agreed terms and conditions
- Review figures, documents, and journal entry postings for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper account coding
- Reconcile or direct the reconciliation of various accounts payable items and coordinate with AP teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
- Liaison with Procurement, Accounts Payable and CE IT leadership team regarding cost analysis and chargeback
- Report IT financial performance, analyze variance (budgeted costs versus actual costs)
- Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors or equivalent4+ years of experience in IT-related financial analysis2+ years of experience in reporting and analyticsExperience with planning / reporting toolsStrong experience with excel, SharePoint and enterprise ERP systems (user level understanding) and Power BIExperience with finance or operations related processes or procedures (Procurement, FP&A / General Ledger, monthly accruals, budgeting, forecasting, importing and exporting of dataPhysical and Mental Demands :
Must be available during the core working hours of the team and occasionally during off-hours to assist with deployments and other emergency items.The ability to deal politely and professionally with vendors and / or coworkersThe ability to manage several tasks at once to meet deadlinesThe ability to use a computer to communicate, create, and access informationWilling and able to travel approximately 10-20% of the timeSkills Required
