Job Description

Work Timings : 10 : 15 am – 7 : 15 pm

Working Days : Monday – Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai (5 minutes from Railway Station)

Reports To : Sr. Graphic Designer

Work Mode : 100% Work from Office

Age Criteria : Upto 25 years

About the Role :

As a Jr. Graphic Designer based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, you will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs across digital, print, and social media platforms. You'll work closely with the marketing and branding team to bring creative concepts to life while aligning with IIDE’s visual identity.

What You'll Do :

• Create graphics, illustrations, logos, banners, social media creatives, and marketing collateral.
• Support photo retouching, image sourcing, and mockup creation.

Qualifications : While formal education and qualifications are important, we care mainly about your attitude, your work ethic, your desire to learn, and your ability to fit into our existing team culture! Fair knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and G-studio. Strong analytical, written communication and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision making. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. You must be incredibly organized and process-driven with a strong eye for detail. Someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their initiative.
